Improved food security for 11,130 persons through:
- Promotion of small-scale irrigation and farm inputs
- Support for climate-resilient crops
As we continue to expand our efforts towards transforming Kitise and the surrounding communities, we have set out the following future plans:
- Enhance resource mobilization for sustainability.
- Develop leadership training programs for local youth and community leaders.
- Implement more climate-resilient projects to combat the effects of climate change.
We also face the following challenges as we work towards community empowerment:
- Limited financial and human resources for scaling projects.
- Lack of infrastructure in remote areas.
- Difficulty in adapting to rapidly changing environmental conditions.
